Can I give them zero stars? Here's the thing, the service is more convenient than going to the post office, but unless you're doing a ton of mailing it ain't worth it. The problem is they charge you monthly, regardless of use. In fact, I'm pretty sure they don't care if you use their service or not. Actually, they don't care period.I was on their lowest plan when I signed up years ago and it was $15.99 a month. I ended up only using it for xmas cards. Then when I decided to cxl I emailed them, they told me I had to call in, and ended up charging me again for the service even though they knew I wanted to cxl. The call-in was just a bunch of automated hoops to jump through, where they tried to undercut the rate twice, even though they offered no lower plan prior. No CS rep asking about my experience, just robots.I get it that it I could have prevented additional charges by jumping through their hoops, but they knew I wanted to cxl and it's really poor customer service not to close the loop with a customer despite knowing their intention.

I signed up for the site with a $5 credit to purchase stamps. I realized after signing up and entering my credit card that I didn't like the way you have to print stamps on your own, so I never used it. A month later, they started charging me $15.99 a month, although i never actually purchased or received a single product from them. There is no way to cancel your account online and they don't make it easy over the phone. I had to call and wait to speak with customer service in a complicated process to cancel this service that I never agreed to in the first place. The entire time, the rep kept speaking over me, trying to get my to purchase more of their services. They would not cancel their service charge that was currently pending on my credit card, they only cancelled the service for the following month forward.

Worst lawyer ever!!!!Payed hundreds of dollars for nothing. Very unprofessional, yelled at me infront of others. Very rude and not worth it. Dont think he is desi so its worth going! Trust an american immigration lawyer better. Very disappointed not because I spent so much, but at the cost demands. Do not seek advice, you will be charged even for that.

I worked for these bums and they didn't pay me, either. Two weeks worth of graphic design, and I, too, went by the office and sat there for an hour until somebody talked to me, thinking I could shame them into cutting me a check for the work I'd done. Nope. These people have no shame. I feel sorry for anyone who actually paid these guys for a "loan modification." I can tell you that the happy clean-cut people in the stock photos they used for their ads don't bear any resemblance to the sweaty shysters preying on desperate people who actually work in this office. Whatever you do, don't give these con artists your money.

This company is a total farce. I signed up for a free trial and when I tried to delete my account there was no option for that and they won't let you delete your credit card info. I emailed them, got no response (assuming they did just what I asked) only to get charged the $15.99 monthly charge. I've sent them another email, probably worthless. These guys are crooks and thieves.
