Jeannie H Kim Law Firm – Lawyer in Fullerton, CA

I see attorneys who charge $400/hr and $600/hr and they are worth every penny. They do not overcharge and some even give discounts. This attorney didn't have an hourly rate for us but considering the amount of time that was put into this job, basically was charging over $1k/hr. The price we initially agreed upon rapidly increased and I could not pull the plug because we had already invested too much.I don't want to share too much–as you can see from their response to the other review that they are pretty aggressive–because I don't really care to be bothered by this firm. But let's just say that she doesn't get along with many people.

Wow, alls I can say is watch out for the bate and switch and don't sign anything until you get three other quotes on your case. I was promised my case would be under 5k for a lease that I would of totally won and after the three months of little work, I was charged 12k from hugh, and 14k owing the lessor on a commercial lease that was released less then three months after the guy that took over my lease with the lessors permission put me back responsible and had terrible representation that I could of won this case by myself doing it all myself. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone and if you decide to use him, make sure you keep track of every call, every meeting because he'll charge you for everything. He'll charge you when you don't even need to meet with him. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS lawyer!

Heather L Poole – Lawyer in Fullerton, CA

TOOK MY $200 AND DID NOTHINGLast year i stopped by for a consultation with her she charged 200 for it so i thought cool but its worth it so she basically told me my case was too difficult. Being i have 4 kids and married to a US citizen and i did come here legally on a tourist visa that expired i was also 2yrs old now im 26 i did not think so and i went here because she said she only takes on difficult cases but she quickly backed out so yes she really put me down thinking my case was impossible well anyways i said to myself well thats what attorneys do right? Difficult cases or what would be the point so i went elsewhere to the ROOT LAW in LA and 8 months later im a US resident my name is xavier just so she remembers me and the funny this is that i think she teaches at CSUF immigration so i can just immagine how many bad attorneys will come out of there and have her same schooling.

TelePacific Communications – Lawyer in Fullerton, CA

We closed our account at the end of February and were left with a credit balance on the account. Even though the account was closed and the final charges had been calculated by TelePacific, they require another full billing cycle before beginning the process of refunding our credit balance. Then, after that next billing cycle, they start their refund process (not automatically, of course — customer needs to initiate). Today, they say that this refund will take up to 90 days.I thought TP was the nimble upstart competitor to the big boys, but instead, it feels like I've been transported back to the days of the Baby Bells and their utter disregard for customer care. Yelpers, if you're doing your due diligence on your next telecom/internet provider, be warned that these guys just don't have their act together.

The Law Offices of Larry H Parker – Lawyer in Fullerton, CA

Don't hire them. When it comes to negotiation time, I heard the longer you wait, the more money lawyers take out and they have been avoiding me.The negotiator called me two weeks ago and we're still playing phone tag so I can hear what's going on with my case. I've left over five messages and I don't usually get a response until three or four days after two consecutive messages. This is getting ridiculous. If you want someone to take care of you, go with a smaller local office. Larry H Parker is known for getting the most out of your settlement, but it's more like they know how to get the most out of their clients.

I am really hoping she will come thru for me, especially because i feel i have a strong case and its my first offense. So for now i am going to give her 4 stars for all the help and advice she has given me. That one star will be added as soon as my court date is done, which is in less then a month. Wish me LUCK!!

OakTree Law – Lawyer in Fullerton, CA

Didn't have the most helpful response when I first called, however was still upset about finding out that our house purchase might be falling through. After speaking with the main attorney Rex, felt much better informed about our situation and the options. Rex is highly knowledgeable in real estate law and can explain "how it really is" as opposed to confusing you with lots of legal jargon.Recommended.

Moon K Kim Law Office Of – Lawyer in Fullerton, CA

Has a horrible experience with this law firm. My case was regarding a dog bite so I had to see a doctor to see how much it would be to minimize the scar on my leg. A girl by the name of Michelle working at the firm set up an appointment for me and I showed up at the office and the receptionist seemed very confused as to why i was there and informs me that my appointment was for yesterday but they were still nice enough to see me. I sent her an email informing of this situation and it turns out the appointment was for the day before and she told me wrong and told me I has to go back again. A little annoyed, we email back and forth trying to figure out a day to go back to the doctors. The times she gives me are in the middle of the day when obviously knows I work full time and she has the nerve to email me back telling me to call the office and figure it out myself when there reason I have to go back is her fault I'm the first place. So finally I make an appointment and go to the doctor and I email her and she says everything is done on my side and I just have to wait for them to contact the insurance company and take care of things on their side. I wait 4 months and I do not hear back from them so I email and call them and it turns out the girls who was taking care of my case no longer works there and no one was taking care of my case. I resend all my info to them and I wait another 2 months and email them again asking about the status of my case and they tell me that the insurance company denied coverage for my case and that they were going to file a lawsuit ad that they would call me when it's ready. I wait another 2 months and ask them about the status of my case and they tell me the same thing they told me 2 months ago. So I ask them if nothing has been done with my case for the past 2 months and they have the nerve to tell me that there are other cases that have higher priority and that my case isn't ready yet. So I just told them screw you guys. I'm going to find another lawyer. THIS WAS IN A SPAN OF ALMOST 2 YEARS. Long story short. RUDE INCONSIDERATE PRICKS WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.
