A Bruce Fagel MD Law Corporation – Lawyer in Honolulu, HI

Well, isn't he fancy? Landed the largest malpractice case ever. Congrats. But, what's missing is not only pleasant staff but also respect and courtesy. I have a malpractice case concerning dismissal by doctors that was actually cancer that went on and on for years. I got a voicemail with a woman laughing hysterically on the line, screaming my name, and hanging up. When I called of late, I told reception what had happened and she pretended that she didn't hear me. Then, she transferred me to another broad who was pretending to know what she was doing. She actually, and this is surreal, asked me what stage my cancer was, left the line for three seconds max to return and tell me that "Mr. Fagel's caseload is such that he cannot accept your case." When I was astounded to hear the final analysis, she merely, MERELY repeated the filth that she had already spewed forth. I suggested that he take his website down and potentially close his office to all new clients if he's that consumed with work. The cancer stage question was the biggest, baddest killer of a statement that ANY individual could ever make, suggest, write in the sky, or text. I'm prone to believe that that woman was high on meth to say that. I imagine he would have been available had I not made it through. There's no fighting death, is there? He'd get a nice settlement then, huh? What a shaman this dude must be. How shameful and disgusting. Both a doctor and a lawyer who are drilled in ethics but he forgot them both for both professions. Dude must be very, very old to have gone off his rocker like that. I wouldn't call, see, consider, dream, etc., about going to this "Bob Shapiro" type of a lawyer. Smooth operator but not a human being. Bad staff are about bad management. I hope the broads I spoke to had their nails nicely done.

When signing up it was not clear that this was a free trial for a paid subscription. It looked more like another free service that happens to offer to print stamps at home.I was able to cancel within the trial period but only by calling customer service and not online like when I signed up and only after declining two further offers for different paid plans. Why would I pay anything extra to print a stamp with my own printer?? There should rather be a discount for that. This is probably why they have to lure customers in like this and then make it more difficult for them to get out. What kind of warped business model is this??

**This review is for Japanese people.I needed two pictures to renew my Japanese passport. And when I googled it, this place appeared in the map.I called to make sure that they take pictures for JAPANESE passport. I called them anyway though they are in LITTLE TOKYO. you know, just to make sure. And I and my boyfriend got there and asked them again. "Do you take pictures for JAPANESE passport and they said yes. Well, we were like "ok." but we should have questioned a bit since they are NON Japanese….When I looked at the pictures that we got, they did not look right. Too small. and not centered. So, again. We asked them. "Are you sure the size is right?"The woman said "it has got the dots to tell you that it is the correct size in the camera."Ok….So, we went to Consulate General of Japan. And, yea, for some reason, we knew. the pictures were not the right size. Not even close to the right size! I had to go to a different place to get the right-size pictures.Japanese people, take my word. Do not go there.
