Be sure to read the fine print with this "business". I opened up an account with them in late 2013 only to realize months later that they were taking $15.99 out of my bank account every month. I used the service regularly though, so I didn't mind the fee but it would have been nice to be told in advance, prior to opening an account with them, that I was agreeing to a monthly service plan. I stopped using mystamps.comaccount when I realized that they only let you print out the same postage label twice (which doesn't work for me, since my printer often gets paper jams or prints blank pages) before having to refund the label (which takes several weeks to be approved) and purchase again. I had to request a refund on hundreds of labels because of this issue and, in several cases, was not refunded.I canceled mystamps.comaccount last night, only to wake up this morning and have a charge of nearly $12 to my bank account. When I called customer service to question the random charge, I was told that it was a prorated monthly fee for the 3 days that I got to usestamps.comthis month before closing my account. $12 for three days of service, really? They were sure quick to take that money from my bank, but still won't reimburse my dollar and change in credits I had remaining on my account. This "business" is nothing more than a con. They seem to stay in business with the "fine print" plans they subscribe you to and their failure to refund unused shipping labels. I will continue to check my bank statements because, considering the majority of reviews on here, they tend to continue charging people even when they cancel their subscriptions. Horrible!

Hollins Law Attorneys – Lawyer in Huntsville, OH

Most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with!! Received a phone call from an employee, Brittney Kushi who was nothing short of inexpert, unprofessional, and completely inadequate of handling a job which requires interaction with other human beings. Hope I never have to deal with them again.
