Medina Marian Esq – Lawyer in Ontario, CA

I agree horrible service, plays up her experience and education. says one thing is being executed then later on says a different thing. Making it evident that she lied about what she said she did. Makes you do your own work for certain paper work. Never follows up. We constantly had to be calling to check status on things. Have been working on this case going on 2 years and have not received one phone call from her in 1 year does not provide a email either to communicate with. Does not return your calls within in a adequate time or not even at all. I understand lawyers are busy and have many clients but to not follow up or keep the client informed is bad customer service. we had to work with the people in court and other facilities involved in the case to get answers on the steps involved to complete our case ourselves now. currently on the board it states she has done something wrong but may still be practicing . Unfortunately she collected retainer up front when we signed the contract with her. wish we would have done more research on her.

Law Office of Keith Holmes – Lawyer in Ontario, CA

No communication. Found him on yelp and decided to go with him based on high reviews. Have been trying to get a hold of him for days and he has not called me back. Case has been pending since June. Poor communication from the beginning. Every time I meet with him he's wearing flip flops and socks. Socks!! I'm starting to think all these good reviews are from his own friends and family members because he sucks. I'm writing this review so other people won't get tricked into hiring this bag based on his fake inaccurate reviews. Call me back Keith!

David H Heisler – Lawyer in Ontario, CA

I contracted David Heisler' office in a child custody case about a year ago. From the moment I met this guy, I could tell he was a scumbag. This is the thing: at the time, when desperate for help in a "world" I knew nothing about, I looked past that. Now, in hindsight, after seeing his work ethic and dealing with his RUDE staff, I KNOW there is much better out there. There HAS got to be.Here is what I've gone through time and again with David Heisler. First off, after he gets your money (pre-paid of course, with a no refunds policy), it all changes really quickly. He and his staff treat customers as if they're a problem. Returned calls? Nope. Quick reaction to new, important issues? Nope. A genuine, caring attitude with willingness to listen? Not even close.Secondly, this guy asks the CUSTOMER to gather evidence for him ("get me this, I need this to do my job"), and he'll show up 5 minutes before a case and asks "So, what are we asking for today?" Hahaha. Really dude? Didn't we write this paperwork up in YOUR office? Did you read anything in preparation for today's EXTREMELY IMPORTANT case involving my son? Aren't YOU my lawyer? Didn't I pay you THOUSANDS of dollars to help me save my child? Then, when he finally finds out why he's there and you don't have everything he now wants (5 minutes before the case in the court hallway), he cops a major attitude with his own client. Yeah, rolling eyes and all.Look, I know that if you're reading this, you're probably going through one of the most trying times in your life and you're looking for help desperately. But be warned, David Heisler will take your money and play around with a case that is likely THE MOST IMPORTANT IN THE WORLD to you. Definitely use Yelp, or some other form of investigating, even if it's for a day or two, before forking over cash and your hopes to this guy.
