Very poor customer service. All around janky. The owner Fred. Is VERY aggressive with women & talks very reckless. He will get your money and you will never see results. Very fast talker and he has an excuse for everything. He loves putting all the blame off on his "employees" (secretary, receptionist, accountant). He thinks he's a gangster in a suit. I paid him for services 10 months ago, he hasn't don't ANYTHING to help my cases, fed me lies and gave me the run around. During my consultation with him, he told me everything that he would do to help my case. Which strategy would be used in court and that I was on board with, the day before court EVERYTHING changed and I was NOT provided the information I was promised. After 9 months of calling him to check the status he got so annoyed finally and agreed to give me my money back. But only a portion of course. Lol. I've been waiting for a whole month. I guess his business needs the money more than me. Just go pay your tickets on your own, I promise he's not worth the head ache!

TelePacific Communications – Lawyer in Reseda, CA

Telepacific is a shady company. Don't ever deal with them. We called in June 2013 to cancel our service and informed them that we will need them to pick their equipment before the end of august 2013. They did not, no phone calls or follow up from them. No reference number after the call. Then in the middle of Sept. 2013, they tried to go to our old building to recover the equipment, we could no longer go in because it's no longer leased to us. Then today, we received a bill of $1232 as a recovery fee for something they messed up. If you deal with them, get everything in writing and the customer rep on the phone is a jerk and is not very helpful. Account manager's name that handled this issue was Jana Tucker.
