Ronzio & Associates – Lawyer in San Fernando Valley, CA

I have been waiting a long time to write this review because this whole ordeal was very frustrating and extremely stressful. I finally decided it's best to share my experience just in case it helps someone else in my situation. My husband and I initially reached out to this law office in late 2010. I am a natural born citizen of the US and my husband is not. We were told that this was a strong case given that my husband has been in the US since he was a child. He attended elementary, junior high, high school, & college here. No criminal record, no deportations. After paying over $3500.00 in fees, the process was very very slow. The reception desk is a nightmare. Calling for updates or appointments literally takes weeks. I have also corrected the paralegals work on several occasions. The mistakes include simple spelling to huge mistakes like them re-writing my declaration and stating that I need my husband to "support our children" because he is a "great father". WE DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN FYI. We were told the proper corrections were made before submitting any documents to the USCIS but I dont really believe that.In June of 2015 we were told that our case was declined (again) and that we had no choice but to start over which includes paying the fees once more. We obviously decided to proceed else where.Let me just say that I believe Mr. Ronzio is a very knowledgeable, honest man and I'm sure some of the paralegals here are great at their job. However, there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of professionalism from his administrative team.I deeply regret wasting my money and most of all my time here. I suggest you consider all options and thoroughly research your choices before deciding this is where you want to invest your efforts.
