This site has potential but it really needs major changes.First, I had no idea until I read these reviews that it charged a monthly fee!! That is not the fault of the customer, it's the fault of the site. I only wanted this to mail out two packages, both "Priority Flat Rate" boxes that don't require weighing. That's too bad, because the Priority package idea -a fixed fee without needing weighing -is brilliant, if it worked without having to stand in line at the PO and one could pay for it online. Apparently, that's not possible.Second, I was never prompted for a plugin, even though it took my charge card number and charged me for package labels that, because no plugin was installed, wouldn't print. I didn't discover the plugin problem until after the second $11.30 charge and the second blank sheet of paper instead of a mailing label, and it required talking to customer service. At least customer service was good. But after almost a month trying to get just one package sent off, and no luck so far, it's not exactly been a good experience.I hope they make some major improvements soon.

Users beware. They have a hidden monthly service fee in the fine print. I had no idea i would be charged 15.99 until I saw the charge on my card. You have to create an account to even view their options, which I did. When I found that their services did not provide what I needed, I went elsewhere and never used my account at all. I would have cancelled right then had I known I would be charged.

This is an absolute joke of an operation. They cannot answer simple questions. Seriously. I have called and emailed the same questions without receiving a response. Then they get all huffy puffy when I go around them to get the answers I need. The office manager was supposed to call me back after a lengthy conversation we had. A week later and a couple messages I get in touch with her only for her try and convince me she had already followed up on my issues, the issues she couldn't even remember and that I had to remind her about. Once she understood in fact we did not have a follow up conversation, she admitted she must have forgot to call because she was out of the office on vacation. This is the office manager people. Be warned. They filed a suit against me in a state that I did not live in. I was supposedly served in 2011 in CA at an address I have never been associated with, in a city I have never lived. What is worse I have lived out of state since 2007. I have proven this with an out of state drivers license, my lease agreement and pay stubs. They assert the problem is mine. I take this as, "we are crooks and are not interested in true justice as representatives of legal system"
